Creating Help Project Files

This section describes the format and contents of the help project file (.HPJ) used to build the help file. The project file contains all the information the Microsoft Help Workshop needs to combine topic files and other elements into a help file.

The project file is a text file divided into sections. A number of these sections should be managed through the Help Workshop, rather than through a text file as shown here. For more information, see the Help Author s Guide (HCW.HLP) included with the Help Workshop.
